Scott Zach
is a Principal and a founding member of Capitis Real Estate Group. Scott performs investment analysis and develops financial projections for Cap RE projects. Additionally, Scott negotiates funding alternatives for development projects emphasizing both debt and equity funding.
In addition to his work with Cap RE, Scott has also developed expertise in single family and multifamily residential portfolios.
Scott previously served as Managing Partner of a large financial planning firm. Scott’ s firm consisted of 100+ financial advisors and advised on over $3 billion in client assets. The firm engaged with a wide range of business and individual clients. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Scott ran a financial planning practice that specialize in working with medical and dental professionals.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa. He also holds a graduate certificate in Real Estate Management from Harvard University.
